  This U-shaped high-temperature finned heating element is a high-efficiency heating element specifically designed for air dry-burning heating scenarios. The main body adopts a U-shaped bent tube structure, adaptable to the compact installation space of equipment such as ovens and drying tunnels. High-density metal heat dissipation fins are wound around the tube surface, increasing the heat dissipation area by 3-5 times compared to ordinary bare tube heating elements, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency and enabling rapid heating and uniform heat distribution.

 

  In terms of core performance, the product uses high-temperature resistant metal tubing (such as 304/316 stainless steel) and high-quality heating wire, with a long-term operating temperature exceeding 600℃, and excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance.
